Andy has spent more than two decades at the helm of Ballina Insurance Brokers and has overseen the company’s dynamic growth and success to be the company it is today.

With more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, Andy is well known and recognised for delivering excellent outcomes for clients and remains focused on the future of Ballina Insurance Brokers for years to come.

When away from the office you will find Andy either water skiing on the Clarence River with the family, touring in the Caravan with his wife Simone or loving anything outdoors.

Amy Bridges

After graduating from school in the Northern Rivers, Amy entered the insurance industry in 2010, rapidly completing a Diploma in Insurance Broking and subsequently achieving the level of Qualified Practicing Insurance Broker. Amy is also a registered Justice of the Peace.

Recently joining Ballina Insurance Brokers in early 2021 utilising her skills and qualifications to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organisation. Never one shy to recommend against an insurance product in favour of a mitigation strategy, Amy has a broad understanding of how to avoid the unexpected impacts of a multitude of industrial risks including cyber, contractual and professional risks.

On the weekends Amy enjoys exploring the Northern rivers with her husband and young children, catching up with friends at a BBQ and then ending the day with a good book (and a generous helping of chocolate).

Dane places a high emphasis on building strong relationships with his clients to ensure they have a tailored Insurance Portfolio to suit their needs. Born & raised in the Northern Rivers and after working in retail for a number of years Emma decided to join the world of Insurance in 2017. She has been an assistant broker with Ballina Insurance Brokers since 2019 and has completed her Tier 1 in Insurance Broking. Emma enjoys building a professional relationship with clients & assisting them in the best possible way, whilst maintaining a smooth process.

Away from work, Emma spends her weekends with her partner and their dog and if it’s not house renovations, then it’s camping & exploring the outdoors. In addition to Insurance, Emma is a dance teacher, though temporarily having a break, and has a passion for music.

Julie’s role also extends to assisting our claims officer to ensure claims are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
